GM Innovations was established as a business in 2009 and part of a Scottish investment company’s Barwell PLC portfolio, an investor wishing to address Global Environmental issues and importantly maintain and build on the Scottish Circular Economy through engineering and innovative developments.

Understanding the importance of water as a commodity that cannot be replicated, the business was focused into water purification and through considerable investment the developments now include:

• The separation of oil and water
• The separation of different grades of sand/grit from contaminated water
• The extraction of heavy and precious metals from contaminated water
• The removal of minerals and REE (Rare Earth Elements) from contaminated water
• The provision of certified, safe and continuous potable drinking water
• The Treatment to Oil Contaminated water using an environmentally friendly additive that reduces the levels to 16 Parts per Billion (ppb)
• The use of the Rotaflow® Hydrated Centrifugal Principle for the Production of Green Hydrogen

With Intellectual Property now secured, GM Innovations Limited, having de-risked the project and achieved proof of concept, are now moving to the stage of seeking interested licensed Engineering Manufacturing Partners and Investors for the Rotaflow® separation technology with experience and a technology profile in the identified market sectors including the Oil & Gas, Mining and wastewater treatment and believe that this could be an excellent opportunity for a suitable manufacturing partner and Investor to maximise on the considerable market potential.
